Covid-19 Policy

We respect those who are frightened by the Covid-19 virus and understand the extra caution many feel is necessary. Camp Lewtana always operates with good sanitation procedures and we will be taking extra precautions when it comes to cleanliness and sanitation this season. In a camp setting such as ours and with our activities, it is not possible for us to use social distancing and we will not be putting that into practice nor will we be wearing or enforcing the wearing of face masks. However, we will be encouraging frequent hand washing and sanitizing. To help minimize risk, we ask that those who are coming from highly infected areas quarantine for 14 days before coming to camp. If you or your camper are experiencing the symptoms of Covid-19, please stay home. We understand some may not feel comfortable with our policy and standards so we encourage you to find alternative venues where such practice is satisfactory to you.
